Pakistan American Cultural Center (PACC) hosted an informative and engaging workshop by Atlas Asset Management on “How to Manage Your Investments,” specially designed to help young students develop better financial habits and understand the importance of planning for their future.
The session was arranged by Ms. Merzieh Shah, Senior Manager, English Language Program (ELP), PACC, who facilitated this valuable learning opportunity for the students.
The workshop was conducted by Ms. Misbah Parvez, CFA, Head of Investment Advisory, and Mr. Mansoor Ali Memon, Assistant Manager Sales, representing Atlas Asset Management.
The session focused on the fundamentals of saving, investing, and financial planning from an early age. Students learned how starting early can contribute to long-term financial security, along with the importance of setting financial goals and making informed investment decisions.
The discussion also covered pension planning, long-term savings, and preparing for future financial needs, encouraging students to look beyond immediate expenses and adopt a more responsible and informed approach to managing their finances.
The Q&A session was highly engaging, with students asking relevant and thoughtful questions about investments, savings, pension planning, and managing their finances effectively. The interactive discussion reflected the students’ keen interest in understanding how they can make better financial decisions for their future.
At the end of the session, students were presented with giveaways from Atlas Asset Management. As a token of appreciation for sharing their valuable time, knowledge, and expertise with the students, Ms. Merzieh Shah presented plaques of appreciation to Ms. Misbah Parvez and Mr. Mansoor Ali Memon on behalf of PACC.
